At Vaishnavi Drapes, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We offer returns within 24 hours of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at:

Please include:

  • Your Order ID

  • Product images

  • Reason for return

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

  • Sarees that are used, washed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted

Return Shipping

If return pickup service is unavailable in your area, customers will need to courier the parcel to our office address provided by our support team.

The courier charges for self-return will be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned parcel and inspect the product condition, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will only be initiated after:

  • The parcel is successfully received by us

  • The product passes quality inspection

  • The item is found in original condition

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products

  • Washed sarees

  • Products without tags or original packaging

  • Customized or altered products

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper images/videos for quick assistance.
